My name is Roxana (ROX) Frontini. I am a Multifaceted Artist, Creative & Business Leader specialized in Brand Growth and Launch, with over 20 years of global experience in innovation, purpose, creativity, fashion, and entertainment.

I began my entrepreneurial journey as an Intellectual Property Attorney. I then pursued a Master's in Technology (with a focus on E-Commerce) and another Master's in International Business Management (with a concentration in Marketing). My experience and education took me from my native South America to work as a business consultant in Europe and then in the United States, where I have been directly trained over the past decade by Google, X (Twitter), TikTok, Meta (Instagram-Facebook), VOGUE, BOF, and Louis Vuitton. 

Currently, I am also a university professor at ISTITUTO MARANGONI MIAMI, where I teach management, business, and branding in the Luxury Management Master's program, and the Bachelor's programs in Fashion Design, Styling, and Fashion Business.

I have had the honor of working in all three markets with brands such as Prada, Rolex, PINKO, Silvia Tcherassi, Sony Pictures Television, NBCUniversal, Discovery Channel; with celebrities like Gabriel Samra, The Kardashians, and María Alejandra Requena; and with the most important Fashion Shows in the American market (NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, Magic Vegas, Coterie, Accessories The Show, Dallas & Atlanta Fashion Markets).

After my corporate career, I took two powerful steps:

1) I launched my comprehensive initiative of music, art, and design dedicated to personal growth, under brands with my own name ROXANA FRONTINI and ROX FRONTINI; an endeavor that has led me to be named as a Pioneer Latina by Billboard, Telemundo, and Univisión.

2) I founded CURATORS GROUP, a Strategic-Creative Conglomerate that offers Consulting, Design, and Brand Management Services, Content Generation, Media Buying Solutions and more, for Purpose-Driven Brands, Initiatives, and Individuals.

CURATORS' mission is to create and implement management and marketing strategies that allow companies and brands of any size to Innovate and Prosper Efficiently. Our solutions are based on the structures, data, and systems that large companies use to succeed in any market, as well as in the power of creativity and technology.

CURATORS also has an Academy that offers fast-paced entrepreneurial training courses, and a Space (Studios) where brands host events, podcast or content creation sessions.

My initiatives are based in Miami, FL (USA) and serve clients on all continents.
