Roxana Frontini is a multidisciplinary artist, strategist, and global brand leader with over 20 years of experience across luxury, fashion, consumer, media, and innovation-driven businesses.
Her career spans South America, Europe, and the United States, where she has operated at the intersection of brand strategy, leadership, culture, and growth. She is recognized for her ability to integrate narrative, systems, and governance into cohesive brand architectures designed to endure.
Equally fluent in music, fine art, and design, Roxana’s creative foundation was developed through formal training, disciplined practice, and real-world execution across industries. This background trained her to think in systems — understanding how form, structure, emotion, and meaning influence perception, decision-making, and long-term brand relevance.
This multidisciplinary lens allows her to translate abstract vision into coherent brand ecosystems, aligning identity, product, leadership, and market presence with clarity and intention.
Roxana began her professional career as an Intellectual Property Attorney, where she developed a rigorous understanding of structure, risk, and brand protection. She later earned a Master’s in Technology (E-Commerce) and a Master’s in International Business Management (Marketing), grounding her creative fluency in operational and commercial discipline.
Her executive and advisory experience includes direct work with global organizations and institutions such as Google, Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, Business of Fashion, VOGUE, and LVMH, as well as collaborations with luxury and media brands including Prada, Rolex, PINKO, Silvia Tcherassi, Sony Pictures Television, NBCUniversal, and Discovery Channel.
Her work has supported brands and cultural leaders across major global markets, with a consistent focus on long-term value creation rather than short-term execution.
Roxana currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Istituto Marangoni Miami, teaching branding, management, and creativity across Master’s and Bachelor’s programs in luxury and fashion business. Her academic work reflects a long-standing commitment to developing leadership capacity, creative judgment, and human potential within organizations.
In parallel, she maintains a selective multidisciplinary creative practice under her own name (ROX / Roxana Frontini), integrating music, art, and design. This work has earned her recognition as a Pioneer Latina by Billboard, Telemundo, and Univisión and informs her perspective on culture, storytelling, and high-performance leadership.
Roxana founded CURATORS GROUP as a Brand Growth Platform to address a recurring gap observed across industries: brands with vision, talent, and resources often lack coherent systems to scale with integrity.
